turks & caicos sporting club
Ambergris Cay, home to Turks & Caicos Sporting Club, is a 1,100-acre private residential island at the southeastern end of the Caicos Bank that has been under private ownership since 1811. With eight miles of waterfront, the private island is nearly 3.3 miles long by 1.5 miles wide and rises to 96 feet. More than 65 percent of Ambergris Cay is preserved to maintain its archaeological ruins and natural landscape.
Turks & Caicos Sporting Club offers distinguished home sites, as well as first-rate amenities including the recently opened 5,700-foot private airstrip at Harold Charles International Airport, the longest private airstrip in the Caribbean. Harold Charles International Airport offers international certification, aircraft accommodations up to a GV and on-site Customs & Immigration. Turks & Caicos Sporting Club at Ambergris Cay offers members exclusive access to world-class outdoor pursuits including premiere bone fishing flats, deep sea and blue water fishing; SCUBA with expert Outdoor Pursuits Guides and staff; a deep water marina; an Environmental Learning Center with on-island naturalists; a clubhouse, a luxury spa with private treatment rooms and wooden Japanese soaking tubs; and gourmet dining at Calico Jack Pavilion.
"C2 Limited’s superb design throughout the resort is exceptional. Their furniture selections and palette for each building and home are unique yet contextually appropriate. Members and guests especially like the communal outdoor setting and scene that they created at the Calico Jack Pavilion’s Tiki bar and Pool. It is a lovely spot that keeps everyone dining and socializing late into the evening. C2 Limited’s experience of working on coastal and island properties proved its weight in gold when it came to the materials and furnishings they selected all beautiful yet durable to withstand our harsh island climate. The second challenge of designing on an island is the logistics and coordination to get furnishings safe to the island and installed in a timely cost effective manner. They delivered beyond expectations."
