The Stanwich Club was founded in 1962 and is located in the “Back Country” of Greenwich, Connecticut on the site of the Hekma Estate, also known as Semloh Farm. Purchased in 1909 by Edwin T. Holmes, Semloh (which is Holmes spelled backwards) grew into a magnificent estate and farm prior to being acquired by the Stanwich Club founders.

C2 Limited was retained along with Rogers McCagg to design an outdoor dining and social patio and overlook terrace.
